Swindle
By Gordon Korman

Meyonohk School

When Griffin Bing gets cheated by S. Wendall Palomino, A.K.A. Swindle, he plans to make a secretive robbery. Griffin sells a 1920 Babe Ruth baseball card for only 120$, but the card is actually worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. He and his best friend, Ben, recruits a team of grade 6 kids to make the biggest kid robbery ever! We really like this book because it is action-packed and very thrilling. In this book, anything can happen.

St.Patrick Fine Arts Elementary School

9 out of 10 from me. Great book, liked the story line. I thought it was going to be a stupid book by the name and the back cover but once I got into it, it was AWESOME. Great job Gordon Korman. Your still my favourite author.

Ecole St Mary's School

it wasn't all that interesting, it was quite boring as a matter of fact.

St. Patrick

I love this book. I really like Gordon Korman so that made the book even better. This is a fun kind of mystery book that I am sure everyone will love it just like I did.

Holy Name

This book was full of suspense and action. I would tell all my friends if I moved somewhere new. I rate this book 10 out of 10.

Ecole St. Mary

The showed that with the proper determination and concentration when you put your mind to it, what you treasure and has been stolen from you anything is possible.

Muriel Clayton Middle School

The book was very exciting. I've read Artemis Fowl and this book is very similar to it. There was suspense, action and... you know what? I think I'll just say this book rocks.

Muriel Clayton Middle School

I liked this book because it was exciting where the kids had to steal the baseball card. I thought it would be about a dog because of the cover but I still liked it. I partly liked that it was about baseball and I love baseball.

St . Jerome

Swindle is very action packed. It is also quite exciting. I would recommend this book to boys who like action. I would rate this book 3 and a half out of 5.

Ecole St.Mary's

I really liked this book. It was defiantly a book that you just cant put down! It was a every exciting book and it all matched up perfect. The best part about it though was that the author finished with not a perfect ending, but yet satisfying.

Keephills

Swindle was an amazing book. It was very exciting. Good job Gordon Korman!

George P. Nicholson

I like how Gordon Korman made the story 'action' packed full of dares and adventures. I also like how the boys had to risk their lives before the building was demolished. I give this book a rating of 8 out of 10. I wish the author had included more adventures!

George P. Nicholson School

We gave this book a rating of 10 out of 10. Gordon Korman did a great job of describing the characters in the book. He also creates suspense when Griffin realizes he should have received 3 million dollars for a Babe Ruth baseball card instead of $200.00 (at a local store called Palomino's Emporium). Submitted by the Rocky Mountain Book Award Committee at GPN.

Crestwood school

Crestwood School

I like it because I like animals. so, if you like animals.

Ecole St. Mary's

I really enjoyed this book. It was a very "on the edge of your seat" type of book. You never really knew what was going to happen next, and that made it way more interesting. I love Gordon Korman's books and will be reading more. I recommend this book to anyone.
