I liked this book because I liked to see all the animals that scientists helped and seeing what's left or if they are going to be extinct. I also loved to see how the scientists helped them, and where the animals live.

George P. Nicholson

This book is a very good book for animal lovers of all ages. It gives you information about animals that are almost extinct and where they can be found. From the front cover to the back page, this book is full of great photographs of animals. They are eye-catching and each photo captivates the reading audience. The pictures enhance the information text. We would rate this book a 9 out of 10. Our only criticism of the book is that there could have been more information on some animals like the long eared jerboa. The jerboa looks so cute in the pictures that we were crying for more information. Submitted by The Rocky Mountain Book Award Committee George P. Nicholson School

Ecole St.Mary's

This book teaches you about animals that are going extinct or may already be extinct! I give this book 8 out of 10 because there is not lots of information about each animal. I think that this book was well written considering they don't know much about these animals. The at hour also included information on the scientists that have been studying these remarkable creatures.

Crestwood

I really liked this book because it tells you about different animals that are at the edge of extinction. And where they live. It was very interesting. I would recommend it to animal lovers and people who like cute things!

Ecole St Mary School

This book was well written but it could have had a LOT more information. I liked the photographs but it is definitely not my favorite. I am generous to rate it 6 out of 10
