A Brush Full of Colour is the story of a boy whose passion for learning would save him from a life in the coalmines. The books by the American writer Jack London and Canadian poet Robert Service fired his imagination with scenes of the wilderness and the Klondike Gold Rush. He wanted to become an artist and he went on to art school. A stint in the British Intelligence Service gave him the chance to travel. But Ted never stopped dreaming of the North, and when he saw an advertisement for teachers in Northern Alberta, he jumped at the chance.

It’s just about somebody living a life of art, not cool neither interesting boooooo
I personally found that this book was very interesting, because it had a ton of verbs and a lot of sentences that were rich with explanation! I thought the boy might of been left away from leaning materials and closer to the mines.At times i thought that it was a extreme cliff hanger! My favorite drawing is the book Titelpage, believe me i’m a chump for amazing art! It was organized and holds the art of a writher… On a scale from 1-5 i whoud give it a 4.6!

I really loved the book “A Brush Full of Color”. The artwork is extraordinary and the story it tells is wonderful! The vibrant colors really compliments the pictures, too. I would give this book 110% for sure! I would vote for this book anytime!
